How soon after placing my order will it be shipped?

Stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days, and Custom orders are shipped within 8-9 business days (this is the time it takes me to create your combination of lining/hardware/leather.  However if it is urgent, please contact me through the Contact link on the Homepage. 

How long does shipping generally take?

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days of the ship date. I have been using Australia Post for over 10 years and have been very reliable without fault.

If the express option is chosen, capital cities are often within 2-3 business days and remote regional areas 3-5 days.

International orders are generally delivered within 10-12 Business days after ship date for Standard Shipping (dependent upon customs processing). I don't offer International Express as their delivery dates are not reliable. I don't offer courier service as the cost is very high. I strive to keep shipping prices as low as possible..
